New Outlook (part 2)

In continuation with the previous blog posts on a new outlook and attitude, they are many adjustments that need to be made.  There seem to be two types of people in the world : those who are allowed to do and say whatever they want and expect others to bow down before them, and those who are not allowed to do said things.  Which category am I in?  The first, not the second.  The reason that I am in the first is that when I talk to people (either face to face or on the phone), I am perceived as having an above average intelligence.  Is that the only factor?  Yes, it is.  Once another senses that they are talking to an intelligent being, they believe that you are not allowed to do and say what you want.  They even like to abuse you because they think that they can get away with abusing a person who has intelligence, verbally or physically.  Hence if you fall into the second category, the one who is allowed to do and say anything they want, you are perceived as not being very smart and therefore others take a certain pity on you that allows you to do whatever it is you are demanding.

So with this being said, all I can say to others out there is to keep it on the down low.  Have you served some jail time?  Keep it on the down low.  Are you a slutty girl who fucks anyone?  Don't broadcast it.  I came across a guy from years ago on Facebook who actually wrote in his About Me section "5'11" very sexually active male who loves sex, camping, sex, Texas Hold Em, sex, and making POV videos of girls in thongs (up to age 40 who is in good shape)".  Ever since then, this description seems to have vanished.  It's hard to choose which from that description is more offensive, but my vote is in his lie about his height (he was shorter than me by a long shot).  Perhaps he wondered why people didn't take him very seriously.  All doubts are erased.

The only suggestion is to do some double talking, speak in tongues, and never say what you mean or what you feel.  Because if you do, people won't take you seriously.  Pretty sad, but that's the world we live in.  Protect yourself, people.  Keep it locked down, and when you have earned a trust from others, only then can you allow others in.  Sad facts, but truth.  Keep calm and carry on.
